Flexipat® Donut Tray, Perforated Baking Sheet, Bagel Sesame Seasoning, Pastry Bag, Bag Stand, Cake Server Knife

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of almond flour

  • 1 cup of dry curd cottage cheese, drained

  • 4 tablespoons coconut flour

  • 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • ¼ cup of butter, melted

  • 5 eggs

  • Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend for seasoning (or else, simply do a mix of black and white sesame seeds, diced/minced or dried garlic, dried onions)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Place Flexipat Donut Tray on Perforated Baking sheet.

  3. Drain dry curd cottage cheese in fine mesh sieve. Press out liquid.

  4. Blend all ingredients except for Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend in a food processor until well combined. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.

  5. Spoon the batter into Pastry Bag, supported by the Pastry bag stand. Use the largest holed tip. Pipe batter into the donut well, so that they are ¾ full.

  6. Generously sprinkle Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend on bagels.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes. 

  8. Allow to cool completely, and gently remove the bagels from the Flexiflat Donut Tray.

Recipe Yield: 8 Servings

Bagels may be sliced in half with the Cake Server Knife and toasted in a toaster. Enjoy with your favorite cream cheese. Store in the fridge for a week or in an airtight container in the freezer.
