bon COOK, born to influence and inspire meaningful cooking experiences at home and within our communities.

bon Cook landed in my lap in 2013. At that point in time, it was called Demarle. Of course, I had no intention on my way to this event of joining the business. Most of us never do, right? As I made my wishlist, though, I realized that everything I wanted was also in the kit. I loved to cook already, but wasn’t sure about actually pursuing the business. Now, all these years later, I love bon Cook for their products and how this company helps my customers change their lives in the kitchen. On top of that, I have met very dear friends all over the US and earned some amazing incentives and trips. Personally, I have really loved meeting my goals and becoming a more confident woman.

Having family and guests in my home is a hobby for me! I love entertaining…. especially with a great charcuterie board, special dessert, simple appetizers, and a great glass of wine. I’m always trying new things, so picking a favorite recipe is almost impossible. This is why bon Cook is such a great fit for me and my lifestyle - I never run out of inspiration and chances to try new things. My family loves it too - we spend a lot of time together and love to laugh, so what better way to gather? You can especially find me enjoying the fresh produce and bold colors in entertaining during the summer and fall months.

When I need unique ideas, I reach out to my Pinterest boards and feed, attend a local Farmer’s Market, or source the history of my mother and mother-in-law in their kitchens.

I also love following Tieghan Gerard of Half-Baked Harvest. Her wholesome and family friendly recipes are so on-point with my personal cooking style!

gathering takes heart and energy, so I stay active

Exercise, shopping, and traveling are all things that I love, and if you haven’t noticed, I also LOVE spending time with my family and especially my two grandchildren. It’s important to put good things into my body and then also make sure to have good things happen outside of my body, too. My husband Lyle of 33 years and I just got a puppy named Rizzo that will help keep us both on our toes!
