Copycat Starbucks Egg Bagels
Tools Used: Santoku Chef Knife, Perforated Baking Sheet, Flexipat Donut Tray
Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp salt
3 ounce package prosciutto, chopped
Mozzarella Cheese. shredded
Directions
Place the Flexipat Donut Tray on the Perforated Baking Sheet. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Place the eggs, cottage cheese, and salt in a blender. Blend the ingredients together until well combined.
In each well of the donut tray, evenly distribute the prosciutto, then top with mozzarella cheese. Pour the egg mixture into each well. You can fill to the top.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until set.

The eggs taste exactly like the Starbucks version! They fit perfectly on the Gluten-Free Bagels that I made or enjoy your favorite brand of bagels. A make-ahead healthy breakfast, lunch or snack.
