Chocolate Ganache
Tools Used: Mini or Small Round, Mini Whisk
Ingredients
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate or dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions
Place ingredients in the Mini or Small Round Mold. Microwave uncovered for 45 to 60 seconds.
Let the ingredients set for 2 minutes. Use the Mini Whisk to combine until smooth.
* The easiest frosting ever! This is a simple frosting that can be poured over cakes, used for a cheesecake topping, or dipping fruit. Add one of the FRENCH PANTRY Balsamics to add another layer of flavor. My favorites are the Raspberry or the Blackberry.
