Honey Drizzled Brie

Perforated Baking Sheet, bonmat, Eco Chop, Santoku Chef Knife, FRENCH PANTRY Lavender Honey
Ingredients
1 1/4 pounds brie wedge, room temperature
1/4 cup vanilla, whole milk yogurt
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup walnut, toasted and chopped
1 Tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Lavender Honey
3 basil leaves (sliced into ribbons)
Crackers for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place bonmat on Perforated Baking Sheet, and place walnuts on bonmat. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Let cool, and chop lightly in the Eco Chop, pulling only a time or two.
Place brie on a serving platter, top with yogurt and blueberries. Garginsh with walnuts, honey, and basil leaves.
Serve with your favorite crackers.
