Honey Drizzled Brie

bonCook Products Used:

Perforated Baking Sheet, bonmat, Eco Chop, Santoku Chef Knife, FRENCH PANTRY Lavender Honey

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds brie wedge, room temperature

  • 1/4 cup vanilla, whole milk yogurt

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1/4 cup walnut, toasted and chopped

  • 1 Tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Lavender Honey

  • 3 basil leaves (sliced into ribbons)

  • Crackers for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place bonmat on Perforated Baking Sheet, and place walnuts on bonmat. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.

  2. Let cool, and chop lightly in the Eco Chop, pulling only a time or two.

  3. Place brie on a serving platter, top with yogurt and blueberries. Garginsh with walnuts, honey, and basil leaves.

  4. Serve with your favorite crackers.

A SUPER easy appetizer!
