Honey Roasted Peaches

bonCook products used: Square Flexipat, Perforated Baking Sheet, FRENCH PANTRY Lavender Honey

Ingredients

  • 4 Peaches

  • Butter

  • FRENCH PANTRY Lavender Honey

  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Place Square Flexipat on Perforated Baking Sheet.

  2. Place the halves into the Square Flexipat and top each with a little pat of butter.

  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

  4. Drizzle honey over the top. Be as generous as you like, but remember peaches are already sweet.

  5. Pop them into the oven for about 20 minutes. Your peaches should be caramelized and bubbling.

  6. Remove from the oven and serve. A scoop of vanilla ice cream is a great addition!

This is one of my favorite ways to use peaches. It is a simple summer dessert for yourself or dinner guests. I only wish peach season would last all year long.
