Taco Cups

Perforated Baking Sheet, Straight Muffin Tray, Medium Round Mold, Octagonal Bonmat, Heat Resistant Spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef, browned and drained

  • 3 TBSP taco seasoning

  • 1 (10-oz) can Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, drained

  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded or Mexican blend

  • 24 wonton wrappers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Place Straight Muffin Tray on Perforated Baking Sheet, and set aside.

  3. Place Medium Round Mold on Microwave safe plate. Place ground beef in round mold, and break up with Heat Resistant Spatula. Cover with Octagonal Bonmat.

  4. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove Octagonal Bonmat and break up ground beef. Fold mold in half and drain liquid.

  5. Combine cooked beef, taco seasoning, and tomatoes, stir to combine.

  6. Line each well of muffin tray with a wonton wrapper. Add 1 heat TBSP of taco mixture. Top each with 1 TBSP of cheese. Press down and add another layer of wonton wrapper, taco mixture, and a final layer of cheese.

  7. Bake at 37a5 for 11-13 minutes until cups are heated through and edges are golden.

  8. Serve with your favorite toppings. (sour cream, diced avocado, chopped cilantro, jalapenos)
