Honey Roasted Carrots

Deep Flexiflat, Perforated Baking Sheet, Santoku Knife, FRENCH PANTRY Lavender Honey, FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris Salt, Stainless Mixing Bowl, Heat Resistant Spatula

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs carrots

  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil

  • 2 TBSP FRENCH PANTRY Lavender Honey

  • 2 Shallots, sliced

  • Sel Gris Salt

  • chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place Deep Flexiflat on Perforated Baking Sheet.

  2. Peel carrots, and cut into desired pieces with Santoku Knife.

  3. Place carrots in Stainless Mixing Bowl with Olive Oil, Honey, Shallots, and Salt and Pepper. Toss with Heat Resistant Spatula until carrots are evenly coated.

  4. Place carrots in Deep Flexiflat and spread out evenly. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until desired doneness. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
