Broccoli Crowns
1/2 lemon
1/2 Tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Lemon Dill Herb Seasoning
1-2 Tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Meyer Lemon Oil
FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris salt, to taste
Directions
Place a Medium or Large Round Mold on a Microwave Safe Plate. Cut the broccoli crown into smaller chunks. Sprinkle the broccoli with the Herb Seasoning and Lemon Oil.
Give it a toss, cover with Octagonal bonmat, and cook for 4 minutes or until desired doneness.
