Lemon Dill Broccoli

Ingredients

  • Broccoli Crowns

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1/2 Tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Lemon Dill Herb Seasoning

  • 1-2 Tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Meyer Lemon Oil

  • FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Place a Medium or Large Round Mold on a Microwave Safe Plate. Cut the broccoli crown into smaller chunks. Sprinkle the broccoli with the Herb Seasoning and Lemon Oil.

  2. Give it a toss, cover with Octagonal bonmat, and cook for 4 minutes or until desired doneness.
