Ham & Egg Cups

bonCook tools used: Perforated Baking Sheet, Classic Muffin Tray, Santoku Chef Knife

Ingredients

  • 12 slices ham

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, or cheese or your choice

  • 12 large eggs

  • FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris Salt

  • FRENCH PANTRY Vietnam Pepper

  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Place Classic Muffin Tray on the Perforated Baking Sheet.

  2. Line each cup with a slice of ham and sprinkle with cheese. Crack an egg into each ham cup and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Bake until eggs are cooked through, 12-15 minutes (depending on how runny you like your yolks).

  4. Garnish with parsley.

* What could be easier than these ham and eggs cups? Only a few ingredients, and perfect for make ahead breakfast prep. You can also scramble the egg with a mini whisk if you prefer the yolk broken. Add your favorite cheese to your taste. I have served these for brunches or everyday breakfasts. They will reheat nicely in the microwave. Simply put in a Round Mold covered with the Octagonal Bonmat and heat for 20-30 seconds.
