Whipped Pumpkin Feta Dip

Tools used: Mini Spatula, FRENCH PANTRY Rosemary, Basil, Thyme Herb Blend, FRENCH PANTRY Lavender Honey

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese

    1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

    1 cup pumpkin puree

    1 tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Lavender Honey

Toppings

  • 1 teaspoon FRENCH PANTRY Rosemary, Basil, & Thyme Herb Blend

  • Pepitas or roasted chopped walnuts

  • Extra honey drizzle

Directions

  • Make whipped feta by adding the feta cheese and Greek yogurt to a food processor.

  • Blend ingredients together for a few minutes until smooth, scraping down with a spatula as needed.

  • Add pumpkin puree and honey to the food processor.

  • Blend again until all ingredients are combined.

  • Transfer whipped feta to the fridge and chill (covered) for 30-60 minutes.

  • When ready to serve, transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl.

  • Garnish with a handful of pepitas or chopped walnuts, a sprinkle of the FRENCH PANTRY Rosemary, Basil, Thyme Herb Blend, and an extra drizzle of honey.

  • Serve with crusty/toasted bread, crackers, or veggies for dipping.

*A Fall appetizer that is made in minutes. You can make this recipe in advance. A perfect option to also serve as crostini. The combination of savory and the sweet drizzle of honey is amazing. Add this dip to your Fall charcuterie board.
