*This recipe is from my sister in law. She made this when my kids were young and would stay overnight with her (She was fun and let them do anything aunt). My son loved this so much that he brought home the recipe he copied himself. I still have the handwritten recipe, and it's something I should frame. This is so simple you won't believe it! It's so fun to make because it puffs up in the oven and slowly deflates when you let it cool. Top with berries and powdered sugar. You could add some sauteed apples with cinnamon to make it Fallish. Add salt & pepper, add your favorite finely shredded cheese, top with chives to make it a savory Dutch baby.
