Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites
Tools used: Petal Tray, Perforated Baking Sheet, Citrus Press, Heat Resistant Spatula
Ingredients
4 cups frozen strawberries
2 Tablespoons honey
1/3 cup full fat plain greek yogurt
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions
Place the Petal Tray on the Perforated Baking Sheet.
Add the frozen strawberries, honey, greek yogurt, and lemon juice to a food processor or a blender.
Process until creamy, about 5 minutes. You may need to scrape down the sides. If you find the strawberries are not fully blending, you can remove half and blend in batches, or add a little water to help it along.
Test for sweetness, and add additional honey as needed.
Spoon mixture into the wells of the petal tray and freeze for 2-3 hours for a harder consistency.
*This is the perfect summer treat and simple to make! Feel free to substitute other frozen fruit such as peaches, blueberries, or your favorite. Kids and adults will love these.
