Shortcut Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies
Tools Used: Perforated Baking Sheet, bonmat, Heat Resistant Spatula, Stainless Mixing Bowl, Signature Spatula
Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix (with pudding)
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup water
Hershey Kisses
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350F. Place bonmat on Perforated Baking Sheet.
In the Stainless Mixing Bowl, combine all the ingredients until it comes together. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls (or a little bigger). Roll each ball into granulated sugar to coat.
Place on the bonmat and bake for 10-11 minutes until golden. While the cookies are baking, unwrap the chocolate kisses. Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately place a chocolate kiss in the center of the cookie and push down.
Let cool, and remove to a cooling rack.
* I cannot tell you how quick and easy these cookies are. I found this recipe years ago and there is no going back making these from scratch. What is not to like? Peanut butter and chocolate is the perfect combination, and unwrapping and trying not to eat too many chocolate kisses..
