One Pan Macaroni & Cheese

bonCook Products Used: Large Round Mold, Heat Resistant Spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 box of your favorite pasta

  • I can Evaporated Milk

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Place the Large Round Mold on a microwave safe plate. Put pasta in the Round Mold and add water until pasta is just covered.

  2. Microwave 8-10 minutes uncovered, or until desired doneness. Carefully remove the plate from the microwave. If any remaining water is left, fold the mold in half and drain.

  3. Add in the Evaporated Milk and cheese, and stir until the cheese is melted. The pasta will thicken as it cools.

* For a smaller portion, use half the ingredients. Add in some frozen peas for a veggie version, or even diced ham or rotisserie chicken for a protein.

* This is a quick one pan meal that can be tailored to your needs. Add your favorite shredded cheeses, add your favorite veggie for a healthier version. This will feed one personal or many, depending on how much pasta you use. Dinner can be easy when you have little time, one pan, and the ease of cleanup!
