Fruit Salad with Balsamic Dressing
Tools Used: Stainless Mixing Bowl, Mini Whisk, FRENCH PANTRY Meyer Lemon Oil, FRENCH PANTRY Mango, White Balsamic, Heat Resistant Spatula
Ingredients
1 pineapple, cored and cut into pieces
1 package strawberries, hulled and sliced
4 kiwi, cut into slices
1 package blueberries
2 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Meyer Lemon Oil
2 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Mango White Balsamic
Directions
Combine fruit in the Stainless Mixing Bowl. Combine the lemon oil and mango balsamic in a small bowl. Whisk with the Mini Whisk until combined.
Pour over fruit and toss until combined.
* This fruit salad is a nice addition to any brunch, Easter dinner, or perfect to bring to a gathering. The combination of the lemon oil and mango white balsamic is so unexpected and refreshing.
