Apple Cider Mimosa

Here is a simple Fall cocktail to make for all the festivities, and it only takes a few ingredients.  Make it a caramel apple mimosa by drizzling caramel sauce into the glass before pouring in the champagne and cider, or add a little caramel-flavored vodka before adding the bubbly.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider

  • 1/2 cup champagne or other sparkling white wine

  • Gold and silver sprinkles for the rim of the glass

  • 2 apple slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Dip the top of each champagne glass into water, then dip in the sprinkles to coat the rim.

  2. Fill each champagne glass with cider (depending on how strong you want your mimosas to be).

  3. Top each glass with champagne.

  4. Add an apple for garnish.

** bonTip - Instead of gold and silver sprinkles, rim the glass with brown sugar, cinnamon sugar, or caramel.
