Santa Brownie Hats

Tools Used: Perforated Baking Sheet, Mini Muffin Tray, Stainless Mixing Bowl, Pastry Bag & Tips, Pastry Bag Stand

Ingredients

  • 1 box of your favorite brownie mix

  • 1 can Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 1 container strawberries

    Directions

  • Preheat the oven according to directions on the box of brownie mix. Set the Mini Muffin Tray on the Perforated Baking Sheet.

  • Using the Stainless Mixing Bowl, prepare the brownie mix accordingly. Fill the wells of the muffin tray 3/4 full.

  • Bake for 20 minutes or until set. Let the brownies cool completely before unmolding.

  • While the brownies are baking, wash the strawberries, pat dry and cut off the stems so the berry is flat.

  • Place the Round open tip into the Pastry Bag. Place the Pastry Bag into the Pastry Bag Stand.

  • Fill with the frosting.

  • Place brownies on a serving tray and pipe on frosting on top of each brownie. Place a strawberry on top of the frosted brownie, and add a dollop of frosting on top of the strawberry to resemble a Santa Hat.

*I found this idea on Pinterest and thought it would be easy to duplicate. My niece and nephew thought they were so fun. An easy and festive recipe whether you are young or old!
