Gather In Style
I cannot believe September is here already! I’m still soaking up every bit of summer. Our garden is still producing tomatoes, onions, and lima beans. On my list to do is harvest the basil, sage, parsley, and basil so I will have that through the winter.
bon COOK has a NEW PRODUCT guide. This is so helpful. There is so much information on all of the FORTEEZ line, plus the FRENCH PANTRY items. Make sure to take a look!
September is here already…
Power Bowl
A power bowl can be anything you want it to be. These bowls are nice for dinner and make a good lunch as well. Add in grilled chicken, fish, pork, or shrimp if you would like to add protein.
Dill Bread
I love to make this bread in the wintertime, but I should make it any time of the year. This is a favorite recipe. It's not hard to make, so do not be afraid to try it. It's the perfect bread to go along with a bowl of soup or use for a sandwich too.
Roasted Veggies
There is nothing like roasted veggies. If you are trying to add in more veggies to your life, this is the way to do it. Roasting veggies brings out their natural sweetness. Maybe there is a vegetable you are not fond of. Roasting can change your mind. I do not care for raw cauliflower, but when it's roasted it's delicious!
Healthier Chocolate Mousse
This dessert is delicious and will satisfy your chocolate craving. It's a healthier chocolate mousse with only a few ingredients. Delicious and low carb!
Christmas Candy Plate
Create a plate to use as a tray for gifting cookies, use it as a centerpiece, sit a candle on top, the possibilities are endless.
Microwave Caramels
This recipe doesn't require stirring over the stove top, and of course the clean up is a breeze. I love the combination of the sweet and salty too!
Gingerbread Mini Cupcakes
This is a shortcut dessert you can make quickly and by adding the sugared cranberries and rosemary sprigs, as it really jazzes them up and makes them festive.
Cranberry Bliss Bars
The combination of cranberries, orange, white chocolate, and a blondie cookie base taste amazing! If you have had these at Starbucks, these are the copycat recipe.
Ham Loaf Balls
If you have never heard of ham loaf you are probably not from Indiana. I remember these in church cookbooks, and my mom would make these from time to time. The best part is the glaze.
Taste of Holiday Cheer
Fruity, tangy, and the smell of Christmas. Make a toast to holiday cheer!
